Another way I have come across earning a little extra cash is by helping work-a-holics. Yes, I said by helping work-a-holics.
I know you are probably asking yourself how can you help people who rarely give themselves the time of day, let alone time to speak to you.
Well, the answer is very simple, just remember "word of mouth" really does pay. Also, know that their busy schedule is to your advantage. The lives of these people are so busy they can barely remember to eat, let alone clean out and get rid of unwanted items in the basement or attic.

This is where you come in. You can become and independent broker. People are doing this everyday. Help people sell items on Craigslist, Ebay, or just post ads for them around town. The key is that you are the go to person. You handle the emails and phone calls. And when it sells, you get a percentage of the sale.
